Filter cloth (paper) use:
The cutting fluid centralized filtration system, mainly using scraper chain vacuum filter or a flat bed vacuum filter unit. The filter cloth/filter paper aims to filter and purify the cutting fluid, prolong the service life of the cutting fluid and reduce the production cost.
The cutting fluid centralized filtration system adopts coarse and fine secondary filtration, the coarse filter tank adopts sedimentation scraper type, and the fine filter tank adopts vacuum negative pressure filtration mode. The coarsely filtered cutting fluid flows from the coarse filter tank to the fine filter tank. The vacuum negative pressure value in the fine filter tank can be adjusted within a certain range. The regeneration of the filter media (ie, removal of dirt from the surface of the media for recycling of the media) can be based on negative pressure values, time settings or manual regeneration processes.
Depending on the product being produced, the filter paper has different filtration accuracy and flux requirements, and the use of filter paper varies. The selection of filter cloth mainly considers several aspects: 1) the material of the filter cloth; 2) the filtration precision; 3) the strength; 4) the flux; 5) the affinity for the filtered liquid.
